The Ivory Tower in the "Hood": A Condition and Perception to be Avoided True to its mission to educate a diverse non-traditional student body, New Jersey City University (NJCU) is taking the "path less traveled" in creating a charter school and practical curriculum to educate an at-risk high school population in Jersey City.
