Designing for the Future, Connecticut Community Colleges Community colleges in Connecticut are evolving from a previous era of local entities into versatile centers of culture, education, training, and socialization. In any given classroom, one can find veteran professionals changing career paths, a new graduate seeking a springboard for university applications or a mid-level manager bolstering skills. The many faces of the community college have as many demands on their facilities. This session will demonstrate the success design has on elevating the perception in the community, scope of programs, caliber of student, retention, and recruitment. |
